
~Fragrant fruit and nut rice with a whole new depth of flavour~
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 14 minutes
Serves: 6
Ingredients
2 cups rinsed and drained long grain rice
2 tsp ‘beef’ flavoured stock (I use Massel)
1 cinnamon stick
3 whole cloves
Handful of roughly chopped cashews
2 tbsp sultanas
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
Chopped fresh parsley to garnish
Rice cooker option (See Cook’s note)
Method
In your All Pot cooker add the rice and cover with water to the line marked 2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the salt), give it a good stir and set it to pressure cook rice option for 14 minutes. Once cooked remove the cinnamon stick and whole cloves from the surface and give it a good stir. I added a little salt here and add parsley to garnish.
